Over the weekend, Bob Dillner of FOX Sports reported that Carl Edwards spoke to Richard Childress about drving for him in 2015, but Edwards turned down the offer. This doesn't mean that Edwards isn't a free agent, which he will be at the end of this season.

This doesn't mean that Edwards isn't a free agent, which he will be at the end of this season.As of now, Carl Edwards will most likely be leaving Roush Fenway Racing at the end of this season.
Another rumor is that Edwards will be joining Joe Gibbs Racing next year as a 4th team to the racing team, as said HERE.
