Stewart is innocent, but Ward on Marijuana?

The only news that is bigger than Stewart's innocence... is that Ward was on Marijuana at the time of his death.

Tony Stewart is innocent.

A New York State Grand Jury ruled Stewart innocent, but there was a bigger surprise...

Kevin Ward JR. supposedly had Marijuana in his systems at the time of his tragic death.

Dist. Atty. Michael Tantillo said that the Marijuana in his system was enough to "impair judgement."
