With two wins in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, and in contention for the Chase in 2014, Kevin Harvick now has some motivation for tomorrow's race at this same track to lock him in the Contender round in the 2014 NASCAR Chase for the Sprint Cup.
Harvick drove the No. 5 Chevrolet for JR. Motorsports, owned by Dale Earnhardt JR., driver of the No. 88 Chevrolet in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. JR. has three wins.
Harvick recently switched pit crews in the Sprint Cup Series with Tony Stewart, saying that he felt confident about the change.
This was Harvick's fourth Nationwide Series victory this season.
