The #20 Joe Gibbs Racing team of Erik Jones has been penalized following the XFINITY race at Phoenix. The team's crew chief has been fined $5,000.
In addition the #21 team of Spencer Gallagher has been given a written warning for failing pre-race laser inspection 3 times during pre-race inspection. In addition, the team will lose 15 minutes of practice time at Auto Club Speedway.
