NASCAR has postponed all track activy (practice, qualifying, race) at Charlotte Motor Speedway for Friday, Oct 7 due to the impending arrival of Hurricane Matthew.
NASCAR's revised schedule is going to be posted when it is available.
The NASCAR XFINITY Series race is scheduled for Sunday Oct 9th at 11:00am ET. The lineup set by rules book/owners points.
The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race, however, is scheduled for Saturday with a 6:45pm ET (approximate) start time. Reports have said that that race should be able to be run as it should not be affected by the Hurricane.
