Like I said, Dick was unharmed. He moved to a back-up car, and was given a new helmet.
Everything was going normally at Iowa Speedway as the NASCAR XFINITY Series was practicing for the 3M 250.
All of a sudden, a giant piece of metal slams into Jamie Dick's windshield, damaging not only Dick's car, but his helmet too.
Dick was unharmed, and moved to a back-up car.
He was also given a new helmet.
