Joey Logano won the Coors Light pole for the Federated Auto Parts 400 Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway with speed of 126.470 MPH for his 5th pole of 2015, 2nd at Richmond, sweeping both poles there in 2015 and 13th of his career. Logano has won 2 races from the pole out of 12 previous poles.
Matt Kenseth is on the outside pole followed by Brad Keselowski, Kyle Busch, David Ragan, Kevin Harvick, Carl Edwards, Kurt Busch, Jimmie Johnson, Tony Stewart, Kyle Larson and Austin Dillon.
Missing the race were Josh Wise and Timmy Hill.
