Wallace and 'Shredder' ready for Chicagoland

JOLIET, IL -- Darrell Wallace Jr. will make his third career NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Chicagoland Speedway on Saturday.

Wallace will make his third career NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Chicagoland Speedway on Saturday. In two previous starts at the 1.5-mile oval, Wallace has recorded one top-five and two top-10s with a best finish of third in this event in 2015. In two starts in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in Chicago, Wallace earned a best finish of sixth in 2014.

“We can lay it all on the line at Chicago this weekend," Wallace said on racing at the Illinois track. "It’s the last race of the regular season and with us fortunately being locked into the Chase we know that we can just go for the win. I’m looking forward to getting there and giving it all we have to get this Ford Mustang in victory lane on Saturday.”
