No. 98 team penalized.
The No. 98 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series team has been given a P3 level penalty for having weights falling off car during inspection on July 24th, 2015. Crew chief Scott Eggleston fined $25,000, and suspended for the next race. Car chief Kevin Eagle fined 15 championship owner points, and placed on NASCAR probation until December 31st, 2015.
