Dalton Sargeant will make his fourth career start in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) at Phoenix International Raceway (PIR) in the Lucas Oil 150 on dFriday, November 13, 2015.
This will be the 17-year-old NASCAR Next driver's first start on the one-mile flat tri-oval piloting the #5 GALT Wauters Motorsports Toyota Tundra. Sargeant will also compete in the NASCAR K&N West Series on Thursday, November 12th at the Avondale, AZ racetrack.
Sargeant has impressed with his first two NCWTS starts during the 2015 season with a 10th-place finish at Bristol Motor Speedway and a ninth-place finish at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Sargeant had been running 10th in his third NCWTS start at Martinsville Speedway but was caught up in an incident breaking the streak of three consecutive top-10 finishes.
