HUNTERSVILLE, NC (June 23, 2016) – David Starr announced today he will be driving for RSS Racing, piloting the No. 93 Chevrolet Camaro, for the remainder of the 2016 NASCAR XFINITY Series season, beginning with the Subway Firecracker 250 at Daytona International Speedway on July 1, 2016.
