Joey Logano won the Coors Light pole for the FireKeepers Casino 400 Sprint Cup Series race at Michigan International Speedway with speed of 199.557 MPH for his 2nd pole of 2016, 2nd at Michigan and 16th of his career.
Martin Truex, Jr will start 2nd, followed by Tony Stewart, Dwnny Hamlin, Ryan Blaney, Ryan Newman, Kyle Larson, Austin Dillon, Kyle Busch, Chase Elliott, Carl Edwards, and Ricky Stenhouse, Jr.
Logano was also quickest in the second round with a speed of 199.994 MPH.
Hamlin was fastest in the first round at 199.424 MPH. He starts 4th.
All 40 entries made the race.
NOTE: The start of qualifying was delayed for 15 minutes because a number of teams had problems getting though inspection.
