BROOKLYN, Mich. (June 10, 2016) – This afternoon’s ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards Corrigan Oil 200 at Michigan Int’l Speedway will be lined up according to Thursday’s fastest practice speeds.
Cunningham Motorsports teammates Myatt Snider (No. 22 Louisiana Hot Sauce Ford) and Chase Briscoe (No. 77 Big Tine Ford) will lead the field to green from the front row to start the Corrigan Oil 200. Live on FS1 at 5:30 p.m. ET.
Single car qualifying for the Menards Pole presented by Ansell was slowed on three occasions midway through the session by separate incidents involving the 08 of Nick Higdon, the 22 of Snider and the 42 of Bo LeMastus. Higdon and Snider were able to drive their damaged cars back to pit road. LeMastus, the third and final incident, was taken to the infield care center where he was examined and released.
The on-track incidents prevented series officials from completing qualifying in its entirety in the allotted time, and by procedure, the starting line-up was set according to practice speeds.
The Corrigan Oil 200 is live on FS1 at 5:30, the green flag coming at 5:45. ARCAracing.com will feature live timing and scoring and live chat throughout the race.
