BRISTOL, TN – Kyle Busch on Friday led happy hour for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at Bristol with a speed of 129.684 MPH.
Martin Truex Jr.,k Matt Kenseth, Ryan Blaney and Denny Hamlin rounded out the Top-5.
The best 10 Consecutive Lap Average Speed was set by Denny Hamlin at 127.193 MPH.
Reed Sorenson was slowest at 122.139 MPH.
Josh Wise had a right front tire blow, which sent the car into the turn 2 wall, he will go to a backup car.
The track record is 131.407 MPH, set by Hamlin on August 21, 2015.
If qualifying gets rained out, the lineup will be set by owner points position, NOT practice speeds.
