Elliott Sadler won the VisitMyrtleBeach.com 300 at Kentucky Speedway. It is his 13th XFINITY Series win and 3rd of the year.
Daniel Suarez finished second, followed by Ryan Blaney, Sam Hornish, Jr., Matt Tifft, Brendan Gaughan, Ryan Reed, Darrell Wallace, Jr., Justin Allgaier, and Brennan Poole.
Sadler's win guarantees he will advance to the round of 8 in the NASCAR XFINITY Series Chase, which starts at Kansas.
Pole sitter Erik Jones led 100 laps and was running near the front with 13 laps to go when he got loose and slid up intoTy Dillon, causing them both to wreck. Jones finished 28th, Dillon 27th.
There were a record 12 cautions for 64 laps and 16 lead changes among 8 leaders.
The average speed was 106.751mph.
