Let's go back a couple of weeks. We all knew the Ward family would do something, anything for their son & would rather have someone else pay for the actions of their son rather than his own. That was August 7th. Flash forward to a couple of weeks to yesterday to Tony Stewart's epic response to the lawsuit. His attorneys requested it be held in Federal Court due to the Ward family residing in New York & Stewart residing in Indiana. Here's the big question. Is Stewart responsible for the actions of Kevin Ward Jr? My response is met with a resounding no. Why? Because Stewart didn't tell Kevin to get out of his sprint car. He didn't tell Kevin to smoke weed. He didn't tell Kevin to walk towards Stewart's car in an angry manner. What I believe the Ward family is doing is they're letting hate cloud their grief. Hate is a powerful feeling. It can do horrible things with words or actions. Its time for the Ward family to do what they should've done in the beginning. Hold their son 100% responsible for his own actions. What's your thoughts on this?
