This was certainly an interesting practice session at Michigan.

Edwards Fastest

Carl Edwards was fastest in this session with a speed of 196.046 MPH. The top spot switched off between a few drivers, Tony Stewart, Edwards, and Denny Hamlin were three among those drivers.

Aric And The Flu?

Aric Almirola basically had a very Wierd practice. He was running very small portions of practice today because his team, Richard Petty Motorsports announced that he is dealing with what the team hopes is just a 24-hour flu.

Crafton The Replacement

Almirola was in the Infield Care Center receiving treatment during practice runs. Matt Crafton was an intern drivers when Allmenndinger wasn't in the car when it was on the track.
